win32-open3 updates

I'm patching win32-open3 tonight. Aslak Hellesoy submitted a patch which I am (mostly) going to accept. The only thing I'm rejecting is the suggestion to change SW_HIDE to SW_SHOW. Too annoying for most cases, though perhaps I'll add some sort of global variable that lets folks set this behavior.
