The Tanukis

A colleague at work kindly invited me to his birthday party last night. Good times, good food, lots of people, eclectic crowd, including a Russian woman teaching Spanish here in the U.S. Go figure.

The highlight of the evening was a band called The Tanukis, who did a short performance in the basement. I'm told, however, that they no longer sing the music you'll hear on MySpace atm. The music they performed at the party was pretty good. Sort of a Kate Bush/Innocence Mission blend I suppose.
